High Alumina Brick
Al₂O₃ 48–90% for service from 1450°C to 1750°C. The go-to dense working lining for steel ladles, rotary kilns, glass furnaces, and industrial furnaces requiring erosion and slag resistance.
Conventional Castable
Calcium-aluminate bonded castable for linings, transitions, and repairs. Three grades from 1450°C to 1600°C for steel, power generation, and petrochemical applications requiring seamless placement.
Insulation Bricks
Low-density IFB (insulating firebricks) for backup linings, shuttle kilns, and energy-saving ceramic tunnel kiln construction. ASTM C-155 grades JM-23 to JM-30 (K-23 to K-30).
Acid-Proof Lining Bricks
Impermeable bricks bonded with CNSL or furan resin for chemical plant flooring, acid tanks, and pickling bath linings. Acid resistance ≥98% to ≥99.5% across three grades.
Insulation Mortar
Lightweight, air-setting mortar for joining insulation bricks and sealing expansion joints. Three grades — IM-12, IM-20, IM-30 — matched to service temperature and insulation brick grade.
Custom Refractory Shapes
Nozzles, sleeves, arch bricks, and special profiles manufactured to your drawing. High-alumina, silica, magnesia, or AZS compositions. Tolerances ±0.5 mm. Prototype samples available.
